This 10-minute-long video was produced by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.   The video provides an introduction to vocational counseling services that are provided by the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.  Specialized services are available to Pennsylvania citizens who are Deaf, Deaf-blind or hard of hearing.
